Mary was very considerate and super helpful when we were confronted with a twin situation of malfunction and leaking water heater system in the early morning hours of Tuesday September 10, 2024. When Brick Street Plumbing & HVAC was subsequently contacted the next day, Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 8:29am, Mary acted quickly and went the extra mile by working deep into the night to firm the contract same day which enable early and successful resolution of the problem before 9:45am the following morning.

Tylerr, the technician assigned to fix the problem, duly reported at the house on schedule at 8:25am prompt after receipt of BSP & HVAC alert at 8:01am on Thursday, September 2024, and worked swiftly, efficiently and professionally to drain the water heater and compartment floor area of stagnant water, remove the faulty unit, install and test run a new one in approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. I called today to confirm the scope of work of an estimate, the lady that pick up the line as very rude, when I asked to get her manager in the line, or any of the technician to ask the question she said “they are not available, you can send them a email” after cutting me off every time I was talking for 4 minutes straight she stated talking over me and started reading what was on her screen, included in the information that she read she did mentioned the scope of the work. I keep trying to talk saying “ma”am excuse me, excuse” and just ignored. She finished reading the screen and compete the call with “I told you I domt have the information that you are asking, we will contact you, and I will end the call” she did not even realized that the information was part of everything that she read.

I want to add that I am working through a home warranty company, and after reading the reviews it  looks like that is a typical response from the representative that takes calls (maybe the same lady). Please don't use this plumbing company! Technician came to my house to fix 4  toliets  that had leaking issue . The technician  finished the job and left. As soon as he leaves my house the toliets started to not flush properly and I called multiple times left messages no has called me back.  I  had to call a different plumbing company to come out and fix the problem. THAT'S NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS BRICK STREET PLUMBING!
