We contacted Brick Street to have our water heater replaced and the entire staff was friendly and got everything scheduled for delivery and replacement with ease. On the day, Eli showed up with our brand new heater and got everything set up and replaced in two hours. He was very professional, pleasant, and wonderful to work with. Eli (the plumber) was on time for the appointment, professional, cordial and fast. Complete water heater (gas heated) replacement BY HIMSELF in under 3 hours! In the end, he fully explained what he did, the potential cause of the original problem (for future avoidance), the warranty information for all equipment and services that were provided. I highly recommend!!!
