The plumber arrived later than promised. When he arrived, the job was completed quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I'm happy that he was willing to work late to get the job done that day. Thank you!

My technician/plumber was top notch. Couldn't ask for any better. They were busier than I would've liked so scheduling took an extra day.

I have also dealt with Alex a few times and he is wonderful as well. Julie is very helpful and kept me informed as she received information. I placed a service request through AHS on a Sunday and within 5 minutes, I got a call from Bricks Plumbing to schedule for the very next morning—amazing! Lloyd, the technician, arrived on time, was courteous and professional, resolved the issue, and explained everything clearly. The overall experience was beyond 5 stars. Highly recommended! I’m thoroughly impressed with their service.

Eli was on point. He was professional greeted me and explained everything. Super quick, talented and knew exactly what he was doing! Couple defective items but Eli was able to rectify quickly, he ran out for replacement parts and made sure I did not have to wait another day without a water heater. Thanks Eli!

It’s been two months since I used this company through Home Depot. Initially to get my business they did great. Their installers came and changed out my water heater which was good. But on leaving my home they scratched up my hardwood floor very very badly. I have been constantly in touch and although I was told that this would be fixed, there has been absolutely no movement. I contacted Mary and even called and texted today to speak to the owner/CFO/CEO. Apparently I was told by Amanda on the phone today that I could not get in touch with them but could only email. If the emails and texts were working I wouldn’t need to call, right? My floors are getting worse and it has been a nightmare to address it. Pulling teeth would have been easier. I have every text and email sent, it’s very very very irresponsible of this company and I would NOT EVER recommend them. Take your business and your $$ somewhere else - this is clearly not the business in need of it.
